The prices showing online was not the price showing in store and I had to inform the sales person, once he checked he said that the correct price was the one online but if I haven't checked before coming to store I probably would have paid more.

My only reason for not being highly satisfied was that I had to wait a long while before being seen by a member of staff as he was dealing with a difficult customer and there was no other member of staff around to see to me

May be the time when I visited, I could find a rush of things as serving more than one customer at a time by the same staff.

I needed a saturday delivery and I'm going to have to wait almost 3 weeks for my product to be delivered.

I think its only price which is making little highly satisfied. Did some market research after purchasing and found that not same product but sear about similar products can be find in market for less price. Head board sold to me is really very expensive. Very dissatisfied with that buy. Lot of my friends purchased beds from Dreams and I went there first time and purchased for £1700 in a go. Will definitely recommend lot of my friends as most of them have are purchasing new apartments. I could have saved some money from other vendors like Homebase or Argos or Furniture Village. I understand price comparison of dreams but I also know how companies work with manufacturers by not supplying same to same product to other vendor. Thats the only reason nothing else. Thought of sharing this with you. Brijesh

After sale service was lacking. I telephoned the shop numerous times but there was no one available to answer. I just wanted to ensure the time of delivery. The telephone would immediately go on the answering machine. The message asked me to leave the telephone number so that the call could be returned. This would only allow me ten seconds and before I could give my number for a return call, the telephone messaging service turned off. This was extremely frustrating.

unfortunately the matress we were testing and then satisfied with was being sold to other customers at the same time, which we and the sales man were unaware of. other than that it was a very satisfying experience.

The staff wasn't helpful at all. 1st he ignored us, 2nd when I approached he did not help us. 3rd when I complained to his colleagues they said we know about it but we can't do nothing. Overall I was not satisfied about the staff Behaviour.
