We felt the assistant was more interested in trying to sell us your 8 year guarantee than helping us decide on the product which was a Tempur bed which comes with a 15 year guarantee anyway

Wewent toyour Enfield store r Where the guy was friendly and helpful the bed we where looking had gone he located one at becton where we bought tha bed alife was our salesman we found custermer freindly he also helped me load the bed into my car and got me some rope to tie the boot down spoke with acouple of members of staff all good

My experience was perfectly fine but a highly satisfied rating would have taken an over the top experience that I would not expect to have while purchasing furniture.

I enjoyed my experience. I walked into the store and I was greeted ad recognized straight away from my previous visit to the store. I was shown a range of mattresses in a range of prices and quality. I was offered a package deal with my purchase providing me with extra essentials. The colleague Alif was friendly, approachable and understood my needs. I would happily come again for my future purchases.

The item was labeled half prize but when I did some reserach in the Internet, the prize quoted by dreams as actually the market value else where
