Prices were higher than anticipated. Although there was a discount on the bed itself, we ended up having to pay extra for everything else.

The choice of products available in the store is something in a satisfactory level. The agent Sway who assisted us was really a fantastic guy was never aggressive in his sales.

Too busy although it was a sale day, I would use a different store in the future as I've discovered one nearer to my house.

It takes a whole month just to have a bed frame delivered to my house after paying the full amount on the same day. I think the stores should have flat pack stock of most items like IKEA does if the products are to be delivered as a Flat pack anyway???

There is no particular reason for this. I can only say that I am just very demanding with my tastes and I rarely give a Highly Satisfied rating unless it is really deserved.

I have tried calling the store where I bought the matress to change the delivery date but they never answer the phone. You cannot change the delivery date online I called customer services, got told they will call me back but they never did. I called back again to be put on hold for 10mins and then told they dont have any earlier times.....

To be highly satisfied the price would have had to be lower, the 2nd bed I was looking for available in the colour I required and free delivery for the amount I spent.

Would have been great to have seen more mattresses in our size..(SK) seemed to cater towards more top-end budgets and products
