Dreams - Beckton

The TV bed (Trafalgar) I purchased, in the Dreams bedroom brochure stated that it could the upgraded to a smart TV version. Unfortunately, found out it was misprint in the brochure and it wasn't an option...which was disappointing!

I was just a little disappointed at the range on offer and the colours some of the beds came in. Some came in some colours, others in one or two. No range, really. There was a specific bed I really liked but you only did it in brown?

WE BOUGHT THE BED FROM SALE SECTION AND WE CHANGED THE BED WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERIVE

I was not highly satisfied as I believe there should not be any delivery charges as I spent a lot of money in store.

I had no problems at all on my visit, my assistant was very helpful and friendly

delivery date is almost 5 weeks after the purchase it is a long wait for me thanks

The Manager was a nice person who sorted everything out for us and gave us free delivery but had taken a bit of our time when we could have placed the order online for the same price including delivery

My price range of 500 to 800 was not enough to give me a great number of choices and i found it expensive compared with other shops and time will tell if the products are better than other more cheaper shops

We were soon approached by an assistant and told her we were looking into buying a mattress. She said she couldn't help and that she would call her colleague. We saw her speaking to the colleague (the one who eventually served us) but somehow we got the impression he didn't want to initially. We spent 10 minutes or more looking by ourselves and confused at what the different types of mattresses there were. Apart from the initial attitude of the colleague, which we perceived as negative, everything else was plain sailing afterwards.

The ottoman collection of beds were not enough on display but the most important thing i wanted to see was more colour options available rather then the 2 i had today. I been to other bed stores before and brought ottoman bed with loads of option of colours & material for the frame.
