I was at d shop last year I got what I wanted with a good bargain This time I also got a good bargain Staffs are very friendly

NOTHING IN SPECIFIC BUT I THOUGHT THE DEATILS OF PRODUCTS COULD BE MORE ELOBRATIVE

because dreams was the first store we had visited, had not compare any others before.

Nothing major, just would have liked to have gotten an affordable bed I saw in colour I wanted and or would have been perfect to get bed and paid by installment, direct debit. Also the delivery price is high at £39.99 compared to others.

The store is not as big as I thought it would be and they didn't have the bed I wanted in store. It would have been nice to see the actual bed I ordered first. I have not rated highly satisfied as I have not yet received my order so I cannot say whether I have received value for money and whether the product is of good quality. The gentlemen who served us was very helpful and gave good advice. It's just a shame that the bed was not available in the store. This is why.

The clearance line upstairs in the store looked like the store was selling secnd hand used goods the store looked like it could do with a freshen up

I feel additional items were pushed upon me. I was also told that certain items would be included in the price for free. I have reviewed my receipt and found that this is not the case. My English is not great and I feel I was taken advantage of slightly.
