Asalam provided us with amazing customer service by providing us the products we exactly wanted. We found what we needed very quickly and efficiently and he had outstanding knowledge on all the products and answered all of our questions easily.

The customer assistant Adil at Becton branch was very help and did his best to help us select the right mattress for my home. He explained throughly the different features and also range of suitable for our needs. His customer approached was friendly and he showed the upper section of Dreams department,where there were other beds and mattress on offer. He finalised the paper work ,payment and also arrange to drop the mattress in our car. I would highly recommend the dream branch in Becton. As this is my second visit. They have friendly staff ,who are dedicated to the work and also they are clear and up to date information on the product they are selling. I would like to visit this Branch again and in future.
