Service is good but not exceptional for the high price of products.

It was a very busy day, so it took a bit of time to get assistance, but when we did the Advisor (Sway) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very expensive.

I was very upset as my bed arrived damaged. Not only from the base but the headboard also

They are same I was highly satisfied and other satisfied it depend of the question. Like the price was normal that mean satisfied.

Whilst being shown the mattresses I asked if they removed the old mattresses and I was told yes they did. It was only after the sale had gone through that I was informed that the removal of old mattresses is an additional service and not included. I felt this had not been made clear and left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The assistant said my delivery would be a certain date and then when I paid said they were awaiting stock . I can say that I was highly satisfied and extremely happy with Alfie and Michael who were the delivery men and assembled my bed. They warm and polite and very efficient and their manners were impeccable. For that reason I would use and recommend your assembly service again.

There is always room for improvement.
