The selection was not great only a few numbers of beds to choose from and I was felt rushed by the staff member.

Staff (Ali) at Beckton branch need handwriting more clearly when deaf customers come in and write things down also need more polish up customers address for example person who lives on ground floor in the flat - PF3 short for ground floor flat. Also did not ask me that it needs to inform the delivery driver that the customer is deaf and text when it ready to deliver within two hours on the note box

The experience at Dreams is consistent - I know where I am when I go to buy something at Dreams. Everyone is friendly and clear about what's available. It rarely exceeds expectations

As we had ordered with Dreams a year ago, they were able to find our details really quickly so it was a smooth and easy process to order what we wanted
