The waiting time was long and a blue cross I should have been at least 50% cheaper, I was only given 30%

Because I knew what to buy before stepping in. The salesman was friendly and king paid attention and left me at easy. But in fact he a good man I already knew my choice and just tried the item to be sure it was the one. For that reason I would say there were not a very hard job to sell a item for me. So I am satisfied with it.

Did not find deals that I saw online in the store. The layout of the store wasn't the best, kind of all over the place.

I thought I could have been given more discount. Also deliver the product quicker as I wanted the items delivered prior to my family coming from holiday to surprise them

My family and I entered the store all members of staff were crowded around one desk and what seemed to be a manager noticed we walked in and then gestured a staff member named Ali to assist. Ali was the most professional and helpful person in that entire store. His product knowledge the balloon he gave my son was a great idea as we were buying my sons first bed. Ali made sure he made my son feel a part of our visit. Ali helped us every inch of the way and when we found a great clearence mattress Ali wrote our name on a paper in a marker pen and stuck it to the mattress. We were about to pay and when we were about to pay another colleague over heard and said "Ali that mattress has been sold." Ali tried to explain that there was no names on the mattress and why wasn't he informed. The other staff member was talking as if we wasn't even there which my wife and I found extremely rude. Then the colleague told Ali that he could give us a better mattress for the same price. If this was the case why are customers not offered the best options on the first opportunity. Ali apologised again for what had happened and gave us a bed cover for free.

I wanted to give a well balanced and very fair grade to my marking and that's why i did not grade my marking as Highly satisfied.
