I was satisfied with my experience however although I don't appreciate not being enough time to browse when entering the show I felt there should be more presence of staff to help customers. I was happy that a member of staff approached me after I looked but this was not the case as I observed lots of customers did not get this and left

We went to Beckton store and were served by Atif or Arif who was exceptionally amazing in terms of his knowledge about the products, serving the customers, etc. However, it was just him helping a few customers including us. As he was with another customer doing the paper work he asked another colleague of his to help us with our paperwork. I can’t remember his name I think it was Shray or Shay. He didn’t know what he was doing and he gave us all incorrect information about the finance options available and we were about to leave the store because of the misleading info he gave as we thought we could not go for the options he gave us but luckily Atif became available and he explained all the finance options and we then went ahead with the order.

Overall I am highly satisfied with my visit to the store with the assistant being friendly and reassuring with knowledge about the products. I cannot say for sure about the quality of the product I bought as we have not received it as yet.

The store look old. My suggestion would be modernise the store and make more appealing the customer.

It was good service and everything was made clear. Laud took time to show us a range of products and helped us try the beds. I think had we been invited to sit down before looking at the beds to talk through our needs it would have rated highly satisfied.

Pricing on the labels could be more clearer and straight forward. Reading the label seemed cluttered. 10% discount on the mattress i purchased but it wasn't even labelled on the bed/mattress i was looking at, was only until the man helping told me.

Unfortunately no small double bed frames in the clearance. But otherwise very satisfied with service and price
