Ali was very helpful and knew his stuff and was not overly sales pitchy. The mattress quality was as expected from your website but the lead time on delivery was a little longer than expected being 4 weeks. Seeing as the Flaxby range is exclusive to Dreams I would have thought that you would have this if not in stock then readily available. Ali was also kind enough to discount some money as I was surprised by the additional costs of a Saturday delivery and the additional charge to deliver inside my property. Dreams advertises widely and on your database that delivery is free over £100 spent and that they deliver to your bedroom. Once in the store it became clear that this is not always the case. However I should not have needed to haggle to get the discount in the first place in my opinion.

Ascam was great and he was able to complete our need and purpose of the visit and he was very attentive as he greeted myself and my partner and able to accommodate my husbands language barrier and provided us with hots drinks however the delivery which was out of his hand is let the dream company down as he was unable to book the delivery for me immediately he called me several times to keep me informed about my purchase and delivery. I look forward to receiving my matress and pillows

I think it could be more choice of mattresses (but in general it's all right)

We were looking for 2.6” mattress plus base but this was not available at store. However, sales rep Mr Aslam manage to convince us by showing single mattress and explained us few facts regarding mattress which we were not aware of.

Overall the experience was good, a clean store with knowledgeable and friendly staff however, the member of staff that served me was not as friendly as I thought they could have been. Also, i had 3 kids with me and whilst there isn’t an expectation for the staff to treat them in any particular way, typical customer service would suggest that they are thoughtful and aware of children.

This time we needed a single bed mattress, but did not find the ideal product to match our price/quality expectation. Nevertheless Aslam helped us greatly to find an appropriate product for our needs

The price could be cheaper.

On our visit to dreams I was served by a very good member of staff (Sway) who truly helped us in terms of products available and explained the different kinds of mattresses available to suite our needs and comfort. The only aspect of the service I was not highly satisfied with was the delivery days made available to us, this was unfortunatley nothing Sway could have influenced. Nevertheless the service delivered was professional and to a best practice standard.
