We went into the beckton branch and we’re greeted by Ali. He helped us find the perfect mattress and did it a supportive way without putting any pressure on us. He was very informative and gave us time to look around before coming back to him to finalise the purchase.

We were assisted by Adil. He was welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the product we were seeking. He offered us water and gave us a number of options to try without being pushy. We are very with the service we received and would visit the store again. Adil is a credit to the store and the company.

Alif went above and beyond. He introduced us to the machine that would help us determine our sleep needs and followed covid guidelines throughout. He offered us water as well and was extremely friendly, taking us around the store to try out different mattresses while also keeping our budget in mind. We would have picked a much cheaper mattress at first but thanks to him showing us that our perfect mattress is available in clearance we really got the best deal. He assisted us with the 0% finance scheme and the delivery, and also gave us a good deal and recommendations on pillows, duvets and mattress protectors. We couldn’t have asked for anything else.
