Dreams - Beckton

On the 28/03/2015 I purchased a mattress from Dreams Beckton. The Dreams colleague named Suwaibu went above and beyond to understand what I wanted and showed me a range of products that matched my criteria. He truly displayed excellent customer service skills and I will look forward to buying from Dreams again in the future.

I had already looked on you website so knew which bed I was after but not which mattress. I found the bed quickly in the store and within moments Dreams Colleague Ali had approached to see if he could help. He was very helpful and had us try out different mattresses to see which suited, I never felt pressured but felt Ali was giving me as much info as I needed to be able to buy the right mattress. It was a very easy purchase made so by the assistance of Ali.

The range of products was great, the assistance was superb. We found exactly what we needed thanks to a highly qualified assistance.

The attendants were really friendly. They gave the attention that i needed and made me feel very confortable around the store. They gave us some very good suggestions about which bed was the best for me.

Because sales person was very professional and not pushy. He had time for us

We were greeted at the by lovely lady, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable

7 week delivery delay is unacceptable, but I had to accept. Shortage of drivers was reason given. This is far too long. I am considering cancelling or as my husband is travelling in 4 weeks

I was highly satisfied with the attendant aa he was patient with me and helped me make a choice. My disappointment with this store is because, I have tried many times to adjust my order and my efforts have been a failure. I got a cheaper offer for a mattress from another company today being CYBBER MONDAY and I tried to adjust my order with dreams but could get anyone to help me..I'm therefore very upset.
