The shop assistant was very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and he delivered. I was impressed with how quick it took for the process to be completed. Satisfied with my visit.

We were greeted by a lovely salesman, who ask what we were after. Then he was able to show us directly to different choices of beds and mattresses that suited us! It was such a pleasant and easy experience. Would highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

It's the first time I have actually purchased a mattress on my own. Usually I would go with someone so I was a little nervouse but the staff are amazing. Top quality customer experience and I will recommend this branch to all my friends and family. Staff could not be any better. They really made me feel at ease and no pressure to buy on the spot. I live pretty far from this branch but this is the only branch I will be buying my beds in the near future xxx

We found Zarvi very genuine and pleasant to deal with. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and made the whole experience for us fantastic by not being too pushy with any sales pitch. I can also say that we went to the Enfield branch on Friday for initial enquiry/research and the found the staff there equally friendly and knowledgeable. After trying other places, we decided to come back to Dreams and we are pleased that we did.

The lady was very knowledgeable and patient. She gave a service with a smile. One of the best sales person I have met recently. I think she is wasted at Dreams.
