When we visited the shop the sales assistant actively welcomed us. He has explained the display and layout of the products. He told us to have a look at the display and wait for few minutes. He came to us and helped to select the bed, mattress and pillow.

Both Ali and Sway were helpful, delightful and made the whole experience easy and great fun. They went out of their way to help me (even though the sale was for only £40.00) Sway even made sure that I could get the headboard into my car before I paid for it. I learned so much about the usefulness of baby wipes and went home laughing and feeling glad to be alive. Thanks guys, you were brilliant.

During my visit to the store, I've had a great service from the customer service team, Sway and Laud and purchased my dream ottoman bed. Thanks guys.

The Sales Assistant Zarvi was very helpful in helping me find the best deal, i didnt want to spend a whole lot on a bed and mattress but still wanted quality, he showed me pieces that met what i was looking for and all value for money items.

everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ali came to us quickly an was there throughout the whole process. he even tried to help reduce the prices to meet our budget.

The store staff greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. They asked me if i would like any refreshments. They assisted me with my queries and helped me find a product that suited my budget which was really important. They explained to me in detail the differences between different products and helped me choose the best item i could afford. I was extemely satisfied with all staff at the store and will be definately recommending and visiting this store in the future.

I visited the Beckton Store in E6. The assistant named Zarvi dealt with needs. He was very courteous, well mannered, professional and likeable. I would visit the store again and would seek to be dealt with by Zarvi again. His service was exactly what customer services should be like. It seems to be a lost art these days but he proved that there are still some people who care about providing a good service.

Very friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted and showed us the exact products I requested. Very quick with placing our order and we received our order 2 days later which made us very happy. Would definitely return.
