Dreams - Beckton

I placed my order on the telephone. Largely manager at Beckton was good in offering deals and in providing product information. The deliver was on the same day however, the delivery man charged me an extra £20 to take away my old mattress, I am not happy with this, this is a let down to the great service I received from Dreams Beckton store.

Employee knew the product very well and was able to advise us on what would be best suited for us

Sales assistant Ali was very helpful

The assistance was very helpful. He double check that the bedstead I was buying was the right size for my mattress. I was shown other products to help in my decision making which I appreciated. I have shopped at this store before and will do so again when the need arise. Regards

The customer service was excellent. The staff are welcoming and took their time to take me through different beds and mattresses. My 12 years old son who I was buying a bed for was equally impressed and expressed his desires to do his work placement with dreams when the time comes. I was extremely happy and straight away recommended dreams to a close friend who needed a mattress and I took me time to take her to the store and bought one the next day. She was equally impressed. Any time I need a bed or a mattress I definitely know where to go as well as recommend dreams to my friends and family.
