Grat customer service. the salesman was very polite and took his time to understand us. nothing was too much for him.

The staff Zarvi was quite helpful and have good know leg of the product.

I went to use your customer WC as we were in the store for a while.. The toilets did not have ANY cleanliness whatsoever.

We were well looked after by the Beckton team especially Laud and Ali. They went an extra mile to help us decide on the bed and frames and even extended their working hours as we finalised our purchases. They were courteous and knowledgeable of their products, offered refreshments and gave us good deals with freebies.
