Dreams - Beckton

Visited Dreams store in Beckton London today. I was greeted and welcomed by Laud and Zarvi who were very courteous and tried their best to assist me decide about my purchase. I am really pleased with the service I received, the friendly welcome and professional way I was dealt with. A big thank you guys!

As soon as I walked into the store I was approached by someone called sway, he was extremely helpful and within 10-15 minutes I found the perfect mattress, He had excellent customer service skills and im very happy with the service given

The service was excellent, the manager greeted us on the entry, was very polite, showed us the bed and explained the differences between the mattresses. Also offered us tea or coffee but we didn't wanted. The beckton store was very tidy, we been there so many time before had many purchase from dreams. Alway happy with product and service. My daughter also purchased bed and mattress last Saturday of course we recommended. Thank you DREAMS.

I knew the person that served me and he was as friendly in the shop as he normally is when I see him. Lovely guy!

It was a fantastic experience overall, the staff were really friendly and helpful and very polite. They gave me their full attention and helped me to choose best products.

I was highly satisfied because the beds there werw good quality and were comfortable thats why i was able to buy a bed from dreams.Also the assistance people were very friendly and kind.If i was to buy another bed i would come back to dreams and purchase another bed.
