I am more or less a regular customer at Dreams and have been highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the staff, specifically Adil who has been more than helpful! He went out of his way to inform me of the product I needed had come to store and his assistance was very much appreciated! He is very welcoming, patient and honest! I had been waiting for the product for some time and Adil was kind enough to call me back for the purchase. A very pleasant experience indeed! Always a returning customer for excellent service! We had Adil who helped us buy a bed for my elderly Mother. Who bless her is very carribean and very indecisive. He was patient and professional and offered us water and was very accommodating. We came in needing a mattress but after all the talking and understanding we left with both divan and mattress for her for a great price.
