Dreams - Beckton

The sales assistant Ali in the Beckton branch was very welcoming and answered questions without being pushy. Being pushy is a pet hate that puts me off. He knew when to step back when me and my partner was discussing the bed we was interested in, and when to come forward when we looked around for him when we had another question. He offered refreshments, and extra offers of products to go with the bed. He made our visit to Dreams very easy and a pleasure, and he is a credit to Dreams, if my friends or family was looking for an item from Dreams I would recommend that they ask for Ali personally. Very happy customer and can't wait to have my bed delivered.

Welcome to Dreams was how we were greeted. All the staff were excellent especially Laud and Zarvi and could not do enough for us. We were asked twice if we would like tea or coffee which was a nice touch. Very very helpful and will return to the Beckton branch again. Wonderful service.

Very friendly staff , welcoming and well presented , listened to our needs and served us very well . My mum is disabled and got a chair for her to sit on while I looked around the store .

We were greeted by very friendly staff members. They have listened to what type of mattress we were looking for and pointed which ones to try. We were advised to take our time finding the right mattress. What I liked the most about this experience is that the staff were not too 'pushy', which gave us a chance to find the right mattress. Overall, great experience!

Friendly and welcoming staff that took time to help

I started at your Basildon branch of Dreams and I had hired a van for that evening and enquired as to whether they had any mattresses at a reasonable price in the size I needed and although they didn't have anything I required they called up the Beckton branch and got Ali to hold suitable mattresses. Ali (Beckton branch) was ready for us when we came (very close to closing time). He could not have been friendlier or more helpful. He let us take our time and ensured we were happy with our choice - so much so, not only did we purchase a mattress for our bedroom, we also bought a bed frame for our spare room. It is very unusual for us to buy large purchases so quickly, however, Ali's friendly approach secured both items. Although we haven't yet tried out the items, we have already recommended this branch of Dreams to friends and family. Thank you Ali (Dreams Beckton) and also the friendly staff at Dreams Basildon.

Straightforward answers to straightforward questions. No fancy selling techniques where the price is initially falsely high and then a "once in a lifetime" discount is applied to then magically bring the price down. Honesty about all pricing components from the beginning of the transaction till the end. Polite and helpful staff. No forceful selling tactics or pushiness.

The gentleman who served us his name was Zarvi, was very,very helpful and had great experience and knowledge of our needs.My wife and I would like to say Zarvi was the rare kind of assistance you find today,helpful,kind,and very knowledgable,of the product we were wishing to buy.It made our shopping experience a pleasure.Which is very Rare in todays world.

Ali at Beckon retail park store was very friendly and helpful. He provided me with a very professional customer service and assisted with the decision making.
