We went to dreams and were very happy the way we were dealt with great staff that new the product and had the information at hand to tell us very clean comfortable store got coffee and must say the person that looked after us ALIF was very polite and served us without delay and I am happy overall with the service

Firstly, the member of the staff that attended to me took his time to listened and in answering my questions. This enable me to made up my mind to purchased the right stuffs that I needed. Zarvi was helpful and I'm pleased with my purchase.

The assistant was very friendly but not to pushy.... he asked what it was I was looking for and price range and offered me a variety of choices for what I wanted. he then asked what I required from the product, narrowing down my options to suit my requirements... the services was excellent! also the other members of the team where very friendly. I nice atmosphere.

I was served by Mr Ali at Beckton Branch today morning (13/06/15). Mr Ali took his time understanding my mothers health problems and then giving us suitable mattress options. He understood our budget and need and provided us with a very satisfying product that perfectly meets my mothers needs.

Very good customer service by Ali in the Beckton Store, he listened well to our needs and managed to find us a product specific to our requirements.

We were welcomed by Zarvi who offered Tea/Coffee, we declined on this occasion. He inquired as to our requirements and if there were any financial limits, I informed him that we were after a double mattress, firm for me and softer for the wife, regarding finances I’d advise if it exceeded our price range. We were then shown some mattresses and asked to take our time testing them (Zarvi said he would have to draw the line about our jumping up and down on the bed, (at 68 this had not entered my mind)). He left us to our explorations while he served another customer he came running back to us with apologies, offering to show us some Tempur Mattresses, I accepted his 2nd offer of coffee, while testing the mattresses we settled on the Med/Firm, Zarvi explained that these mattresses must not get wet so bed protector was recommended. I also accepted his suggestion of new pillows. He gave a Demo by pouring a glass of water over the protector then rubbing it in, the mattress and underside of the protector were still dry, I decided to take a 2nd protector as a spare. Delivery date agreed, payment and paperwork completed. A fully acceptable and pleasant shopping experience.

sales adivisor took his time to explain the different products to me. Very lovely lady.

The sales person was very friendly and knew the products. He also helped me to decide which colour would suit my ideal bedroom setting and was able to answer all questions I had when entered in store. Also once I entered he approached me with the same enthusiasm from start to finish.
