My 1st visit I was served by Sway who was a very nice young man. I was interested in ottoman bed and he showed me all beds, head boards and mattress also various colours. I did not purchase that day wanted to think about it and returned on Saturday to the store was greeted by the Agnes at desk and served by Alif who was very nice young man. Who was friendly curtious who will try to help with the delivery date. I found the staff not pushy at all in all the branches I visited. I also purchased a bed for my daughter from your Croydon branch which we are very happy with and the delivery guys were great Paul sorry I can't remember the ohter guys name. Hope I get the same delivery guys on my delivery as well. Well done dreams let see how my delivery will go well. hope it's as satisfactory as my daughters delivery. Thank you Alif and Agnus

My husband and I went to dream today to look around, we were in the clearance section when Alif approached and offered to help us with our queries, we were taken aback of his professionalism, we had no hesitation in buying a super king mattress, he assured us of the removal and delivery being free and if he was not so personable we may of just looked. We are satisfied with our purchase. Well don Alf.

Great sale on, found a good product for a great price. The sales assistant Ali was very helpful throughout and helped us to find the mattress that we needed that suited our budget.

I was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked into the store. I received assistance to find a bed within my budget. It arrived wgen expected and my daughter who I bought if for likes her bed. It is very comfortable.

Myself and my fiancee where looking for our first bed for our upcoming wedding. We were not sure of what we wanted and decided to visit a few stores for ideas. We had a look online and were giving a lot of thought on a bed from John Lewis. When we arrived in store we were highly impressed with the range and layout of the store. Unlike most bed stores we visited the range of beds and mattreses at dreams in beckton was superb. Other stores you had to buy base with the mattress. At Dreams, the store assistant gave us time to explore then provided assistance when we required it, with good knowledge and information. He showed us what to check for and test when looking for a new bed. Options were down to two (evert and therapur ottoman beds) we finally decided to get the therapur as it just had a better lift up/down storage experience, felt solid and sturdy. We received a very good discount and even bought the headboard to go with it as dreams matched a price of a headboard we liked from another store from their premium range. We are delighted with our purchase and even more with the price compared to John Lewis. It was also sturdier than the John Lewis equivalent. Thank You.
