From the moment we walked into your store at BECKTON we were treated impeccably. We were given time and space to browse and your salesman simply introduced himself and said he'd be on hand if we needed assistance. He wasn't over pushy as some salesmen are ). When we were ready he guided us and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very polite and made our bed shopping trip easy. Our lovely new bed has now arrived and after a week we absolutely love it. We couldn't be happier. We have even been back to the store - just to say thanks.

It was my first time visiting this store and this kind of store. I really wanted to get a look at my item and was very satisfied with the service, knowledge and help that I got from the assistant Laud. It really helped to ease my anxiety as this was a purchase that I have not made before alone. Laud was very understanding, very patient and knowledgable about the product that I was after. For this I am grateful and made my shopping very pleasant and looking forward to receiving my purchase.

Came in for a bed seen one straight away that we liked and Was avaliabe to take home straight away. The colleges were friendly and very helpful.

Great customer service. The 2 areas for improvement are: 1. 3 week delivery wait is long. You should aim to shorten this. 2. We require a sofa bed that comes 'flat packed'. You currently only have a product range of 1 item. Greater product choice would be appreciated (note that we purchased 2 out of 3 beds we were aiming to purchase).

once we entered the store we were tended to straight away, customer service was very friendly and very enthusiastic and loyal to us, shout out to Zarvi the advisor who helped us out in picking what was right, very honest and overall friendly guy, extremeley satisfied he stuck with us throughout our order on every day we came.
