We called ahead because the store was due to close, and they agreed to let us in as were running late. When we got there the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were able to get what we needed really quickly. The assistant also helped us with extra's such as mattress covers, pillows etc. I was overall very happy with the price and service.

It was a no hassle experience. The assistant (Ali) was very helpful and was able to answer all queries, and the ordering and payment process was easy. The items subsequently came on the agreed date and there was adequate communication of progress and time slot notification. The delivery was smooth and the deliverers put the bed where we asked them to with no problem.

Zarvi assistance me and was very friendly and could answer any questions I had about the bed and Mattress I wanted. I definitely will be going back if I need anything and will recommend that store to everybody who a wants to buy a bed. Very pleased

The assistant was very knowledgeable and explained, indepth, the differences in the product(s) and repeated it when asked. At no time at all did I feel I was a nuscience even though I was there for 3+ hours and had to return the following day and was greeted warmly. On delivery the bed could not fit into the allocated slot. Customer Service were also excellent. I now have a new bed in less than a week. Very nice employees - well done Dreams.

Ali served myself and my daughter he was extremely helpful and a pleasure yo deal with.

I was highly satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by the Sales Advisor Mr Laud. He had excellent knowledge of the products and explained everything very well. He made me feel very welcome and showed me various beds and explained the the different options.

Alif was the guy who served me .He was very nice throughout the period l spent there took me round feel some of the mattresses to choose from.
