Myself and my wife experienced the most professional customer service from Zarvi who works in Dreams Beckton.Just to elaborate from the time we walked in the store ,level of service was 5 star till the time we were leaving. Zarvi made our shopping exceptionally great . Thanks Zarvi.👏👏👏

I really enjoyed my experience with dreams in Beckton, because the colleagues were really friendly and helped a lot to satisfy myself. Also because he spent lots of time explaining the descriptions of my purchase. And he was very good at convincing. To be honest, I think I got the item for a good value, because I felt the price wasn't too expensive for the product.

I visited the Beckton branch and I was served by a member of staff named Laud. He was very welcoming from the moment the shop manager allocated him to assist me. I was offered a cappuccino which I really love, although I did not have enough time to have a coffee but it was just that sweet thought that counts. It was unusual, as such services are not commonly found in many retail shops comparatively. Therefore I was really impressed. I visited the shop twice on the same day as I had to shop around and make comparison in order to make decisions. I was assisted throughout each time I visited the shop and all questions were answered politely. I got good deals according to the sale prices on the items purchased. My kids were excited to have a feel of different beds and mattresses and made their choice of preferences. I had assistance to load some of my shopping like the pillows into my car which was amazing. I would definitely visit the store again and have already recommended to friends and family Many thanks

We were amazed the way the customer care assistance behaved. He was such a dedicated, knowledgeable, real friendly and tireless! Initially we thought had a visit and see the beds whether it suits for our demand. At the end, we decided to go for purchase solely due the care which was given not only by the assistance but also from all the staffs specially by the manager. On arrival, we were noticed straight away and a young man (Sway) asked if he could be of any help. After getting a quick understanding of what we were after, he showed us the best of what he had in stock. He was clear on prices and very knowledgeable! What I wanted he found, couldn't have been happier with him and our service.

What a breath of fresh air. I went to the store and was greeted properly by Mr Ali, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products we looked at and gave us very valuable and sound advice. Because of his help we decided to purchase from you rather than our original intention of looking then possibly buying else-wear.
