As soon as we entered the store, there was an assisstant immediately came over to help. He was very friendly and answered all the information that we wanted to our satisfaction. With his help and advise we were able to make a decision on our purchase and consequently placed the order.

The customer service was great, we were attended to by a staff called "zarvi",a wonderful salesman, respectful and would put a smile on any customer's face. I am very satisfied and would always return to dreams for goods as long as I will meet staffs like "zarvi".

The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain the different types of matteresses that were available and took the time to understand our needs. Sales person Ali was very helpful, knew his stuff, not too pressured but very helpful, even made my wife a cup of coffee. I would suggest he is a very good salesman. All in all a pleasant shopping experience

The Dreams Colleague is really friendly and helpful from start to the end! I know nothing about the mattress, he explan to me all the different kid of mattress, after that I have made a great choice! It's really happy shopping and great experience! Defenally definitely come back again!
