There was no pressure to buy all questions where answered

We are looking for a bed with cheaper price but can offer us the same quality as the expensive ones, it was quite difficult since we've tried several other shops. When we entered dreams, the salesman immediately understand our needs and provided us several solutions within our budget, we are very satisfied that we purchased our dreaming bed at dreams!

They were very friendly and customer service oriented.

The professional services by the shop assistance was overwhelmingly satisfying.

I visited the Beckton dreams store and was greeted by Ali, the very pleasant sales assistant almost instantly. He asked me about what I was looking for and showed me a selection of beds in my price and gave me lots of information on the options available he couldn't have been more helpful. In the end, I chose a bed in the clearance area and was very happy with the deal I got..

I was highly satisfied with Zarvi and Sway; they both gave excellent customer service and were able to give me great advice and were both very attentive to my needs.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were treated like royalty, i have been to many other store over the years (not dreams) and have been totally ignored by staff and have had to seek them out myself and even then it seemed they were preoccupied with other matters. Not dreams, from the get go were approached by a member of staff named Zarvi and he made us feel relaxed and welcome, saw to every our needs with respect and patience (even made us a lovely cup of tea) plus gave us deals on the products we were seeking which was an added bonus. I'm not saying this to gain favor or anything like that we were genuinely treated with the most kindness and respect that i have ever experienced in a store before and on this note will one hundred percent be recommending this store to family and friends.
