the staff are very professional. experienced and full of knowledge. they were very helpful in helping me make a good choice. the speed with which they acted in showing me the various options was so amazing. i was also pleased with the store arrangement, which made it easy to select my required options

This is the first time i'm visiting Dreams for a bed purchase, based on my wife recommendation (she has been recommended by her colleague at her workplace). I visited dreams with the intention of buying only a single bed for my son, but ended up purchasing a king bed frame with mattress and small double bed frame with mattress with four luxury pillows. I was impressed with the quality of the products, product knowledge and assistance provided by Ali. He understood our needs and suggested products based on our needs. Overall I'm impressed with the service and product availability. I cannot comment on quality of the products as i havven't started using them yet, but with the overall service i'm extremely happy.

I have bought from Zarvi at this store previously and this was one of the reasons for returning today. I was pleased to find him on duty as I knew I would receive the same excellent customer service that I had received previously. I was not mistaken. Thoughtful, professional, courteous and fast. Helped me to load the mattress and made sure all was in order before waving us off. If I needed further bed products I will not hesitate to return to this store and tell others to come and ask for him. A credit to your organisation who has shown consistency in all my interactions with him.

The Employee took us straight to the product that we asked for and was very helpful and let us try out the product as well. the employee was called Zarvi and he was very helpful with the whole purchase and when we could get it delivered, since we are moving to a new property.
