Dreams - Beckton

I had viewed the website and more or less decided on what I wanted then visited the store with a couple of questions and then returned on a second occasion again with a another couple of questions and then placed my order. On each visit I was promptly attended to and my questions answered also delivery was to be in one week which I was very happy with. So all in all I was very happy with the service received at Dreams and would certainly recommend them and indeed make further purchases from them myself.

We was assisted by Zarvi and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the product. He gave us advise on which to buy that suits are budget and need.

The service was very excellent. Everything was explained to me to the highest level and all my questions were answered satisfactory. I felt welcomed and appreciated.

I liked the way staff were there to help you,and Ali made a coffee for me and my wife.

The store was recommended by family who recently placed an order with yourselves. It was the first time we visited and we were met by Ali who was very friendly and not over intrusive when we were looking around, which is something I always complain about. He left us to look around and offered help as soon as we needed it. He was very polite and was able to assist with any questions and requests which we had. The delivery option was discussed with us and Dreams even offer to delivery to the room of our choice which is brilliant as my wife is expecting and I would not be able to take bed up to first floor on my own. Ali also made a discount offer on the cover which Dreams provide which was very nice of the company. Speed of delivery was quicker than expected and the overall process of our order was done very quickly and efficiently. Would definately recommend the Beckton Store to friends and family for future purchases and its customer service and care. Look forward to receiving our bed this week! The staff were very helpful and friendly the minute I walked into the store They explained everything very well and when I wanted to purchase my product one member of staff called Ali, talked me through everything I was getting and what the price was from the start. Very pleased the the care and service I received while I was in the store.

Fast, good price, friendly assistant

Zarvi knew what he was talking about, he explained everything throughly. He did not pressure us into buying. He had great product knowledge, that allowed us to have detailed information about the products, gave us enough information about our choices. He is friendly, great customer service, above all he was human, as if talking to friends he has known for a while. The products we bought had great value for money, good quality, as we were allowed to test them out.
