The sales lady was very friendly! Very happy and always smiling. She explained the difference in the mattresses and demonstrated the beds with storage! We went into store with a budget of £500 to spend on a bed as its a spare room bed and wasn't going to jump into anything but we ended up spending £1250 purely due to this sales lady!! It felt like we knew her for years

The sales person was very knowledgable and he know our requirements and purchased a ottoman with nice flaxby mattress.sales person name was Alif from Beckton store.we are happy with services

The shop assistant, Laud, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He was knowledgable about the products, I was asking about the different types of mattresses available and wanted some expert advice and he was able to provide me with this. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience.

The assistance was very nice, friendly, enthusiastic. He listen our needs and helped us a lot, we could lie on the beds, and check how comfortable they are, pillow was amazing, next time we deffinetly gonna buy them. Thank you, Alif (becton shop) for very good experience in dreams shop!

The range of mattresses was good and the sales advisor was able to talk about each type of product in a lot of detail.

I was looking for a comfortable bed for my aching back and finally got the desired one at dreams store. While I was walking through bed to bed,a little bit confused in deciding which one would be suitable for me, Alif came and advised for the right choice .I spent more than an hour with my family and he gave us full attention to make the decision. It was a great assistance for me and my family. My little niece got balloons as a treat.The manager Agnes herself came and satisfied us by explaining its quality and other warranty details.its a great experience

We were very satisfied with Dreams Service, especially with the colleague Suwaibu he was most helpful to our bed needs, he greeted us with a friendly smile in a polite manner. I noticed that all staff that went past us were all friendly. Suwaibu had excellent customer service skills and had a lot of "Dreams" knowledge which resulted in us having the perfect mattress & Bedstead. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and answered all of our questions perfectly. He reassured us which then enabled us to be confident about our bed decisions, and very pleased with our choices of purchase. We will be deffinetly be recommending Dreams to all our friends & family as we left the store as happy customers!😀
