Good customer service and excellent sale prices

The sales assistant was not pushy and he really took interest in what I was looking for, he was helpful and very knowledgeable and I found him to really listen to what it was I was looking for.

Looking for a particular product, searched online /N/A, telephoned 2 stores, N/A but Becton recommended by Southend store. Left answerphone message at Beckton. Phone call returned by Ali, what a helpful, friendly and informative man. Explained that the items and the whole range in store, how to get to the store, days and times of opening, looking forward to our visit, delivery could be arranged quickly. Arrived at store, Ali with a customer, asked if we were happy to wait. We were. Items found, discussed, coffee or tea offered and served with smiles. Parperwork sorted, nice seats, helped to load items in car. Excellent service, really lovely staff.

Great friendly service. Alif was highly attentive and knowledgeable despite only being with the company six months. If I could make a recommendation it would be to ask the customer about their sleeping experiences and habits. Try to get a real feel for what the customer experiences and therefore what they might need. Also I would recommend giving your staff lots of experience of sleeping on the mattresses so that they can genuinely say "this is what I sleep on at home, or this is what my colleague uses". Overall a great shopping experience.

Our assistant Zarvi was exceptionally good and simply nice person. Great customer service and buying experience. We are looking forward receiving our a mattress and having sweet dreams :) Thank you again. We'll definitely recommend you guys and planing to come back as we saw one really nice bed :))

Alif the Customer Service Assistant was very helpful and had lots of knowledge. Very polite and understanding. The shop seemed generally easy to look around and find the right item. I was happy.

I was quickly directed to the right items and the staff did not try any sales tactics.

We were found what we needed at the right price

We were looking fot a new mattress and Dreams satisfied our needs adding quality and value to the same product. We were impressed about the client service, very friendly and helpfull, but not intrusive as well. Hopefully we will have sweet dreams from Dreams!
