Staff at dreams store are always very obliging nothing is too much trouble for them we have found this on various visits to the store.

We were served by Alif on my visit to your store and found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgable of the items on sale and very friendly. We were offered tea or coffee and the whole experience was very good. Our new bed is due to be delivered on Thursday 12th November and providing there are no problems with delivery and installation I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my familt and friends.

I cannot speak highly of the level of service received from Agnes and Suway in the Beckton branch as they showed me around, explained to me the different types of beds and mattresses and then helped me to order my mattress. Aslam Mahmood initially approached us in a friendly manner & offered assistance. Aslam was informative without being intrusive or pushy - we had experienced this kind of customer service frequently at competitor stores which put us off buying from anything at said stores. Aslam focused on our requirements to provide us with the best bed frame and mattress for our needs without overbearing up-selling experienced at competitor stores. Will definitely visit again in the hope of furnishing the rest of the flat.
