I am highly satisfied with the experience at this Dreams. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with friendly smiles. The staff were supportive and understanding of what we needed. They did the best they can for us and I am highly satisfied with the service provided. I had a pleasurable experience shopping at this Dreams. I look forward to shop here again.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience due to the knowledge of the Shop Manager Agnes and her friendliness. She made sure i was happy with my purchase, which i was, and her customer service was exemplary.

We visited the store in Beckton looking for a king size bed. The colleague who assisted us ( ASLAM) was very knowledgeable about the products and we were able to come to a decision on the day to buy. We were given a competitive price with 10 month interest free payment plan. As we have been previous helped by Aslam ( sofa bed purchase) we were comfortable this that all would be well. A delivery date of 18-12-2015 was arranged. I am writing this review after the fact the bed and mattress have been delivered and fitted before 10.30 am on 18-12-2015. Overall very satisfied will everything so far.
