The salesman was excellent, very gentle and not pushy

Assists from Aslam from the beckton dreams was great and very helpful. We did not have any problems and everything was explained very well. His help was so good and I am very happy with it. Products looked very good too.

I was very happy with Staff,they were very helpful particular the lady Manager I think she was called Agnes very friendly and approacabl, I live in Bristol and am always buying from Bristol branch,I came out very satisfied customer.

The staff were were very polite offering drinks if wanted one and were very friendly, they did not pressurise allowing us to look and make our choices and were quickly available to answer questions when called upon. When we made up our minds on the selection a member of staff were immediately available to look after our order. No pressure and a great service, very enjoyable shopping experience.

I walked in Dreams Beds in my local branch in Beckton just to browse around and was greeted and welcomed by the customer service assistants and was offered tea and coffee. Thank you to all the staff, I left the store with a great offer and purchased a beautiful wardrobe. Happy new year.
