As soon as I walked into the store I was immediately approached by a member of staff who passed me on to the salesman who dealt with me throughout my visit - he was very helpful, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. He spent a great deal of time showing me and explaining the different types of mattresses that would be suitable for my needs. I was very pleased with the order process and with all the friendly staff I spoke to.

the costumer service was excellent. I had previously researched the products on Dreams website and when I arrived at the store, the sales person was very helpful. I had time to look at everything and choose the correct mattress with the right specifications for my needs. thank you.
