Service by Ali was fantastic, with high product knowledge, very informative and polite we were extremely pleased with his customer service. Ali helped us find exactly the bed we were after and showed us a range of mattresses and found the one that suited us best. He was patient and very friendly and built rapport with us very fast. All in all we will be recommending this branch and his services and had a fantastic experience. Thank you.

From the time we enter the store, the store sales person was very accommodating and helpful, he's not rushing us,he gave us time to decide what we want to buy. I already entered the store knowing what I wanted as I viewed the online site first. The colleague named Aslam at Beckton was extremely helpful with my purchase. He was thorough in setting up my finance by pointing out everything available to me and didn't try to sway my decision on my purchase by offering me loads of add ons.

The sales assistant Alif was very knowledgable whe it came to the products - he was very attentive and courteous and his advice was genuine and helpful . He was brilliant .

Excellent at her job. she made the whole experience very easy and i will highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Zarvi at the Dreams store in Beckton for the outstanding quality of service delivered during our visit. Zarvi has that rare quality in a salesperson of knowing when to provide the right level of advice and guidance, without employing aggressive tactics to pressure the sale. I had visited several other vendors before arriving at Dreams, with differing experiences ranging from having little or no help to over zealous sales team interested only in their commission. I left the Dreams store well informed, and feeling entirely satisfied with the products we chose. We cant wait for the new bed to arrive!!!
