I visited beckon store and your assistance Alif was so helpful he really looked after us and made our time well pleasant he gave very good customer service I strongly believe that he is an asset to Dreams

As soon as i walked into the store i was asked if i needed help, i was shown around to the products i said i was looking for. i was also made to feel welcome to continue to look around myself, whilst knowing help was available if needed. My shop assistant was very friendly & helpful.

The staff's product knowledge, help and professionalism was exceptional. They know what they talk sbout in pillows, beds, and cupbord. I will definitely be returning to buy my cupboards.

The truth is I went in 20 mins before closing time Zarvi asked me if I needed help and within 20 mins I found a bed, I did spend more than my initial budget but the service was great he was polite. Listened to what I needed as I suffer from back issues and it wasn't a hard choice as he knew what he was talking about.

Buying a mattress and/or bed frame is a big deal especially when you are stuck with it for a long time. It really helps when you have a great Sales Person serving you. We were served by Agnes, Store Manager who really took some time understanding what we were after. I have back problems so it was essential that I got the right mattress. Agnes ensured that we had time to consider the mattress we liked as well as the money we would be spending. Highly personable and has great product knowledge.

I'm highly satisfied as the we were told top to bottom about the product and were suggested in a way that we liked and took out all the products we wouldn't like.

As soon as we came into the store, we were approached by a really friendly assistant (Agnes). I told her what we were looking for and she showed us all the options. She was very patient and understanding, considering my parents kept on changing their minds. The only thing i am not happy about is since placing the order, i have found similar beds for a lot cheaper.
