Laud who works at the beckton store,was very good at his job ,he knew the product well,and was very buisness like it was easy to buy a bed quickly as he was so confident i think that makes a big difference ,when making a purchas of a bed

Overall experience was excellent. Ali the salesman was excellent in showing us the products and explaning which items are best for your needs

Upon intering the shop the sale's person greeted me and i ask about what the scale of delivery if I would buy bed. Was told that they could deliver it in the next couple of days which that's what I'm looking for cause I went first to other shop and their delivery were takes more than 3 weeks. Having stock was big deffirent cause I have a friend come to visit me at the end of the month. The sales person was very professional in handling his job.

The lady was Agnes, very good at her job. We came back because of her. Real asset for dreams.

I have only ever been in a Dreams store a few times. I felt improvements had been made since my last visit a few years ago. I have previously been using my I independant bed and furniture seller. I found the experience good but felt the way you price products is sometimes confusing. I would like to see the final price with the various options rather than it being priced individually. Staff really good and attentive and were able to give me options on my purchases.

Has great experience in the store, especially staff were very helpful in understanding my need and explaining various advantages and disadvantages. Sway and Zarvi both took extra time to show various products according to what I explained. Over all a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
