We had only been in the store for a few minutes before being approached by a staff member, they were friendly and quickly found out our bed preference then showed us beds they felt we would like. Once we had chosen our bed the staff member helped us complete the purchase quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite.

When I first walked in the staff were friendly and very helpful. After looking around when I needed help the Dreams Colleague Ali was very helpful and answered all the questions I has, he helped me with measurements, price and delivery. I felt very happy with my purchase.

Mr Zarvi was the colleague that served me at DREAMS store, Beckton Retail Park in London E6. He was very very helpful. At first i didn't know what mattress to buy and was actually window shopping with my 2 little children. i and my husband actually planned to come in sometime next week for any mattress of our choice but Mr Zarvi was able to convince me to buy it immediately i didnt regret it at all. Zarvi is a very brilliant and inteligent sales personel.

I knew what I wanted to buy having previously visited the shop and having visited your competitors and having window shopped online. Your salesman Alif was very helpful and showed me products that met my needs.Once I found what I wanted, completing the purchase was quick and straightforward.
