I was exremly happy with the service i recieved, they were very helpful and friendly and with a can do attitude, they didnt get frustarated with me even though i keep changin my mind and was asking loads of question,they were very calm and very understanding. Eventhrough all that they gave an amazing price for what i bought and it was within the budget. They provided one of the customer service i have ever recieved and made me feel really confortable. Thank you laud and alif at beckton dreams. :)

Aslam was of great help during our visit to the Dreams store. He has great product knowledge and a real enthusiasm for the job. Agnes the store manager is also a real asset to the store.

I was bombarded as soon as I entered the store- which makes a change. Ali, the assistant that dealt with me was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole process of buying the bed was made easy and not stressful with his guidance.

The sales adviser Alif was friendly, approachable and demonstrated a positive amount of patience to help guide us through the products and make a satisfactory purchase within our budget.

The experience, product knowledge, patients and customers care shown by your staff (Sway)who handled our purchase was very good and commendable.

The customer service from Lourd was very professional and made me conformable as a customer

I didn't have to look around to find the assistant. He was friendly and addressed by questions straight away. He offered me a coffee and asked my preference which came in a cup rather than a plastic cup which was nice. He took me through all my options within the guidance I set him (firmest mattress) need for storage) NOT what you had in the store that was outside my requirements. He was patient and discussed all finance options to. Spent a fortune but sure it will be worth it!

I went in with the total hope of getting me sorted in choosing the best and right mattress. My expectations were exceeded and I got mote than the right help.
