Dreams - Beckton

Only one reason and his name was Ali! (Ali in Beckton branch). He was very courteous, he understood mine and my wife's needs, he always found a solution. He offered us drinks and he was just the ultimate professional. He is a credit to the store and the Dreams brand!!!

Ian was very knowledgeable with the products that were on offer in store. I went in for one particular bed I had in mind but actually changed my mind in store as Ian showed me another product that was better value for money and a better product than the one I went in for. All this was done without feeling like I was being pushed into something I didn't want. Overall excellent service from Ian and he was very patient with me as I couldn't speak very well due to me having no voice.

The visit was amazing. We took our time looking around and found what we were looking for. Glad we visited the store. I found it easier looking around then online.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND VERY SATISFIED

At first i was met very warmly. Collegue gave me a lot of time to check everything and explained

we had originally visited just browsing, not knowing what it is that we want. the assistant who helped us was not at all pushy (like other stores), gave us information without pressuring us to make a decision then and there. we came back to the store and the second time around the assistants made sure we know what we are getting and that what we are getting is what we need.

We visited different shop,companies to shop for our new house. We visited Dreams beckton for the same reason. I should honestly admit we were so pleased with the champion assistant Mr Sway,he was so good at his customer skills and the product knowledge we decided to spend over 3k just going by his advise. I work in retail step up as a manager and I could say Mr Sway is true assert to dreams. He is polite, well mannered and excellent in his behavior and attitude. Thanks again Sway

I found the product that I wanted it was a little to expensive for me, I asked the for help and the shop assistant helped me to find an alternative to what I wanted, I'm very pleased.

I was very happy with the service i recieved from ali, who showed me a variety of products to meet with my needs, such as the amount i wanted to spend and the quality i wanted in the mattress i purchased
