We had a lovely dreams team member named Ali at the beckton branch who was very helpful

Open arrival inside the store, we were warmly greeted by a member of staff. Agnes provided a Sleepmatch test which was instrumental in locating the right mattress for our needs. I was then assisted by Aslam who was knowledgeable and efficient with the store products. He showed a variety of mattresses and helped guide my decision in choosing the appropriate bedframe, mattress and headboard for my needs. Agnes and Aslam were excellent in their care and attended to our specific requirements and providing the appropriate help. The transaction was also quick and easy. The customer service was exceptional.

Munsur the customer service assisstance was very approachable, friendly and helpful. He gave good advice on what type of beds to buy. We were very happy with the service we received.

The young assistant Adil was polite attentive and very knowledgeable. He made the experience somewhat worthwhile. I have already recommended if any of our friends need anything they should go to Dreams and ask for him

My Dreams experience was superb. I was seen to quickly, and offered the sleepmatch machine which gave me results which were spot on. Ali listened to my needs, educated me about different mattress types, made great suggestions and was understanding about my budget limitations. At no point did I feel pressured to consider something I didn't want to and I was very grateful for that. You do not often find that sort of service. Ali stayed past hours to complete my order, which was really great of him. His service was outstanding. Excellent experience all around, great deal, and I will certainly be recommending Dreams.

As soon as we walked in we was asked to use hand sanitizer which was provided nice to see this happen we was offered a drink we declined but very polite and a pleasure to walk in the Beckton store made me and my partner feel comfortable we was walked around the store by a very polite young man new what he was talking about and the delivery date was given to us only 2 and half weeks wait could not believe it so quick we are well pleased could of been a little cheaper but ain’t that what everyone wants thanks to the staff and Dreams
