I was happy with the service and a good deal.

Ali our sales person was excellent after we explained our requirements he showed us a number of mattress that was within our needs plus explained how the colour code system related to what we was looking for. He would take us to a bed to try, then leave us while we tried it out and talked between ourselves yet not far away if we had a question. This was one of the best salesperson I have ever come across he had the right balance of when to assist and when to let you talk on your own, this is very rare as so many sales people don't get this part right.

The overall shopping was pain free - there was a person to great us as we booked an appointment, and Ian assisted us in a very professional manner with our discussion for choosing our next bed. The shop was not crowded and was very spacious and nicely arranged.

I got the items I was looking for and was given good options on delivery and got some add on items as well. The shopping assistant Sway was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products

The customer service at the Beckton branch of Dreams was fantastic. We were offered tea/coffee/orange juice and were given a lot of time to make our choice. Advice was offered to us to make our experience and decision easier and we were delighted with the price offered this weekend. The manager at Beckton is one in a million. Patience, politeness and respect shown to us a customers were but a few of her strengths. Thank you for a wonderful experience overall. We have been customers for over 10 years and will continue to be into the future.

Very friendly staff and very helpful

We were immediately welcomed by your salesman, Ali, on entering the store. When we explained what we were looking for (the Flaxby range of beds/mattresses we had seen on your website), he quickly directed as to the appropriate products, and clearly explained the construction and advantages of each. He then left us to try each of the beds - and offered us coffee. Ali's combination of unobtrusiveness combined with ready availability when needed gave us the necessary space to decide without pressure precisely what we wanted. The subsequent purchase of the bed and accessories was pleasantly achieved. A great experience.

I saw the bed blind and phoned your beckon store where I spoke to Ian hiscock who was very helpful and gave me all the advice I needed as was buying the bed for my disabled mum Who also had just under gone surgery for women cancer And these was the reason that she needed this bed I went to he store and an showed me the bed on the screen as there was not one in store But also showed me a mattress that was very similar to the one on the bed so that I was 100% sure that I was getting my mum the right bed for her needs he also put the order few as urgent as I told him that my mum was currently sleeping on her recliner sofa seating up As she could not lay flat we was very presently spired to revive a call just a few days later to say the bed would be delivered on the 4th may which we was over the moon as we thought it should be 3 to 4weeks and was here in 2 weeks I thank Ian massively as I believe it was his help that got my mum the bed that first the service was really good and I led more then satisfied and relived noting my mum should soon have a comfortable bed that helps her with her health needs so sh can get better night sleep

The furniture set I bought were up to expectation and the best I could ever think of choosing. I got the best mattress feeling and the price is reasonable too.
