I was seen to very quickly and given demonstrations on different types of products and given a total price very efficiently.

Sway was very helpful showing us all different mattresses to make an informed choice... which we happily made when we got to the right ones... Sway is definitely an asset to your establishment

I found which is I want with reasonable price and Mr Ali helps me to make a decision to buy it.

I actually came to had a look around and choose the best products but by the time I came in to store it was in clearance sale with great offers. Dreams colleague has show me around and help me to choose wonderful products and I ended up buying a mattresses and two beds, mattress cover and so on and all together got a bill around 2350 with a nice scheme paying in installments. So that makes my life easy to grab the sale and ones I am looking for else I would have a look around and look for cheaper deals in online

Ali Seyyah was very patient with us and very very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy and gave us space to let us make our own minds up. In fact part of the reason we did eventually buy our new bed from DREAMS was because of the customer service we received, i have been to a different Dreams shop in a different location before but I decided not to buy because the staff came across very arrogant.

Ian the assistant was very kind and helpful and approached us in a beautiful manner helped us through the product we bought leaving it to us to decide. Answered every question we asked him and felt very satisfied with his service. Overall very Excellent service in this store
