I only needed pillows on this visit I was able to test the pillow before I purchased any &was satisfied with what I brought.

I would like to put on record my greatest appreciation for the excellent service received from Ian for the purchase of my mattress and bed accessories. From entering the store he offered his assistance to me and soon after he provided me with a variety of mattresses, which perfectly fit my requirement and budget. I was receiving continues support throughout my visit in the store. I would like to describe my experience with Ian as helpful, reliable, professional and personable and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a mattress.

Your staff was very polite, knew exactly what I whated, a very good quantity of beds , lots of different styles to choose from including a wide range of mattress.

Our sales assistant, Alif, at the Beckton store really went out of his way assisting us. He wasn't pushy to make a sale but took his time and listened to our needs. He explained to us the different kinds of mattresses and what they were good for. We only went to the store to buy a mattress cover for our previous mattress but walk out with a new mattress. Hats off to Alif at Beckton and his superior customer care.

I have never been to dreams before and this was my first time. I was greeted by a really nice guy his name is Alif and works at Beckton Dreams. He understood exactly what i needed becauase of my neck and back pain, showed a great mattress and bed frame. I really couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of the products. I already recommended my family and friends but only to the Beckton branch to speak to Alif only.
