We came in to change a mattress under your 40 day exchange. we thought we would get a few huffs and puffs but we were welcomed just as we were when we bought it.

Both my husband's and myself experience was very pleasant. We spent several hours in the store (last ones to leave the store) and throughout our visit we were very well cared for. A sales person named "Ali" attended to us consistently and had great knowledge on the mattresses we were interested in. He recommended a few which he knew sold quite well and was able to answer any questions we had. Ali offered us refreshments which I found was very kind. We tried several mattresses and Ali understood that buying a mattress takes time and gave us some time alone to try the mattresses by lying on them and testing them out. He reassured us that "not to worry you can take the mattress home and you have upto 40 nights to sleep on and if you don't like it, you can change it for another mattress of your choice." I found this quite reassuring and was pleased to find this out as I had not known this before about Dreams. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. :-) Thanks Ali for your great service, we ended up buying a super king size mattress. He also gave us 10% discount on top of the sales that were taking place. Buy at DREAMS ;-D
