Ali was very helpful and even though this was my second purchase, I found the experience much better and satisfactory. Had recommended Dreams to a friend as well and his visit to the store was good too (and he placed an order too with another salesman!).

Laud the sales assistance was very helpful to me a customer, he listened to the needs i have and showed my products dream products accordingly. I am very satisfied with the product that i had purchase and the decision made was great as my best friend and son loved my dream bed and will visit the dream store when they need bedroom furniture the next time. We met Alif and he was at our beck and call throughout our visit. He even gave our little girls some much needed juice. Knowledgable and friendly he made the experience much more enjoyable. We bought three mattresses and were happy with our purchase.

The sales lady Agnes was absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful.given me all the options on products and i end up buying a beautiful bed and mattress which i only chosen beacsue of her advise. The staff spent a great deal of time with us and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff including bringing things down from upstairs and moving mattresses from one base to another.
