The staff member (Ali) was very helpful and was able to advise us based on our needs. He explained the different types of mattresses and we were able to make an informed decision and decided to make a purchase on the spot. The store was clean and tidy, the staff were presentable and friendly throughout.

Great customer service

I was assisted by Laud for my purchase. He listened to my purchase requirements and was able to help me narrow down the choices to the correct item for me. Dreams provide a wide range of products and Laud was knowledgeable about the items which in turn gave me the confidence to go ahead and make my purchase. I would certainly recommend Dreams, particularly the branch I shopped in, as I could trust that the customer service would be of an extremely high standard.

I felt the staff member who was serving was very kind to me and he took time to listen to me , i had lots of question before puchasing because i was undecided on the product and the staff member acknowledge my concern and explained to me about the product which enable me to make decision.

We were looked after by Laud Ali who greeted us the moment we walked into the store, we were offered tea/coffee. He was immediately available to assist and took great interest to identify our needs to match the products available across the whole showroom by presenting us with a range of products. I used to think a bed was simply soft or firm but Laud educated us to understand mattresses to a different extent. He gave us space to discuss and come to a decision, he was very personable, he took interest in us as individuals which is what made us feel confident that we were being looked after, initially we entered dreams to have a browse at our options, but the service as well as the products itself is what we stayed and placed an order for our dream bed. Thank you to dreams and Laud Ali and team for making wedding shopping an even more beautiful experience!
