I made a search online and went to the store to view the product but it was not on display, Ian Hiscock (the salesman) approached me and instantly understood my queries, took me to the desk and rapidly my order was placed and everything explained in full details. I could not be happier.

I was highly satisfied because soon as i entered the store i was greeted by one of the staff and i wasn't sure where to look for a othopeadic matresses so he explained to me how to go about it

Feeling at ease when walking into shop no one pounces on you , you are left alone looking around some one comes over a very nice gentle man named Ali very polite a nice shop and nice people very happy customers 👍

We recieved an exceptional and outstanding service, beyond our expectations by a valuable asset to your company, a very helpful, pleasant and polite store colleague named IAN HISCOCK. Ian acknowledged us from a distance and came over to us straightaway, even though he seemed busy with a task at the time. He greeted us, asked how we where and even offered us a drink! Never been asked that before by anyone in any store!😉👍 We are so pleased with the way Ian listened, discussed and suggested products to us throughout our interaction with him! He is very "Happy Chappy" and we believe that the service he gave us, most definately exceeded our expectations! He is truly a "Keeper Colleague". Even though we ran over the business closing time, he gave us more than enough time to discuss, decide and finalize our purchases. We were served by a very talkative but very friendly Ian at the Dreams in BECKTON. There is without a doubt that Mr. Ian is knowledgeable in what he does and I doubt we would of found a bed in our price range if it wasn't for him. He made sure the comfort of my pregnant wife was satisfied, giving her a soft pillow to lay on when sampling the beds and giving her juice when thirsty. This is not my first time buying a bed from this store and I came back because of good service that I'd received and I will come back again because of the great service we received from Ian. When I entered with family is was very confused. But the assistance Mr sway greated me and family. He explained everything. He offered drink to us. He was calmly tell the difference between all bed. I been to other stores but I haven't got this much information and variety of products. I was fully satisfied. I bought two beds. Order number are 091A014504 and 091A014505. They offered me nice pillowsite. Spent £2500. I am very pleased with the service. Store manager Ian also very helpful to us. I will definitely recommend Mr sway to my friends and family. I am glad that I seen such a happy face salesman. Thanks

Aslam was fanatstic, he captured my requirements during my short trip and completed a successful sale where i was very happy. I would strongly recommend to friends and family. I went to 3 others Dreams stores and didnt receive the same level of service, not only was the service good he delivered on time as i had a family wedding, the others branches never and dint really care. His service was genuine and he listened very carefully and knew his products and had a strong personal opinion about products. Highly recommended!

Me and my partner was looking for a comfortable bed and pillows etc and we were approached by a lovely advisor called Alif who was friendly and seemed really keen to facilitate us in finding what we needed. He spent sufficient time with us ensuring we tried the products we enquired about and then advised us on what he felt suited our needs with a lot of product knowledge as to why one product would may be work better for us than others. Extremely happy with his service and attention to detail we both left with smiles on our faces and Alif even walked us to the car and helped to carry our pillows we cannot wait until our bed is delivered we're already dreaming about how fantastic our future sleep will be after trying the products out in store.

Sales assistant that aided us named Alif was able to answer all our questions and uncertainties of the products purchased. He was very professional and very patient.
