Your colleague Sway was extremely helpful and understood our exact needs and put the customers first always. He made our visit to dreams extremely easy and we were very pleased with our purchase.

We were attended right away after we have entered the store, we already knew what we wanted and sales consultant helped us in showing similar options. Questions were answered and we felt very welcome. Also they did match the price for us too.

Aslam and Ian were very professional and friendly. They gave us great advice and service.

Colleague was very helpful, knowledgeable. Offered a cold drink on a very hot day whilst the order was processed. Colleague was patient whilst myself and spouse discussed some things around the order between ourselves.

I didn't really go in to dreams to purchase a bed or anything, Just went in to browse around. I was met by an assistant named Alif. Just asked him a price of an bed that was near the entrance. I have never met such an pleasant assistant anywhere in my life. He was so friendly and polite, Asked if i needed anything and that there are offers going on at the moment. I tried telling him that I wasn't looking to buy a bed, well not one that is £1500. He kept on persuading me to look around. It was his attitude that tempted me in to actually buying a bed which in the end ended by me paying £2500. But yes his service is what made mebuh somthing I didn't really need.

Ian of dreams beckton was extremely helpful. He assisted us from the start heloing us pick everything me and my fiancée required. We changed our minds on certain furniture and he helped us make amendments

Went in, got assistance straight away, guy knew exactly what product I wanted. No time wasted.

The member of staff had high knowledge of the products he was selling he offered three good deals which were great and hard to refuse
